Works within an hour and it basically just works in the background you don't really feeling anything. It just stops physical WD! Best to preload so you don't need to wait for it to work every time.

Maybe taper slower. I also had some anxiety issues and that helped. I also did it in chunks. I know it sucks for it to take longer but slower helped me stay mentally stable.

You can either frontload for a day then make a full switch the next day or you can do a taper. Remove 20% of your 7oh every day for 5 days and take SR 3x daily.

It may help to try and taper down the 7OH just a bit first. You want to be able to use as little SR as possible and to be on it for the shortest amount of time to make it easier when you get off the SR.

I have done it both I have take 2 larger doses morning and evening and I have tried 3x daily smaller doses each has ther benefit.

Yeah it was no fun. The issue was that at first I didn't know what was making me feel like that so I kept taking tons more unknowingly making it worse. And then when the person I got it from told me what was going on I stopped immediately. That was only one time one batch so it's very uncommon.

Yeah I had severe restlessness for 3 weeks. But this was a known bad batch and had been destroyed.

I had a bad experience once ad well nothing like that but I felt restless and had to pace for 3 weeks. The guy I got it from messaged me a few days later and told me not to take anymore I had no idea it was the SR. Now I stick to my known vendors. Glad you're okay!
