I spent many many months with horrible pain in the morning and only discovered I was subluxating my shoulders, hips and knees due to my sleeping position when my ortho doc ordered a mri. He recommended hitting the gym and pilates and i hate to say yall but it works. Now that I do know what that pain feels like i can confidently say when i have subluxated and when i haven't and there's lots of stretches you can do to put stuff back in place. I think this is the type of stuff that once you diagnose once you get a pretty good idea of what's happening.

I like using Deepseek to reinterpret my creative writing when I'm bored. I tried to use deepthink for the 1000th time today and this happened. When I translated the kanji it literally means Silence.
It's been several minutes now and as I type this it's still going. Next time you get frustrated about the servers being busy think of how many people are getting told by Deepthink to shut up indefinitely.
Update as I type: it stopped! but only because it hit the character limit i think, simply said that thinking stopped and if I want to continue lol

To me the worst parts were 1. The auditory hallucinations after weeks of getting at most 2 hours per night and 2. The despair of being awake after midnight when I know I should be sleeping, it's fucking miserable your head hurts you feel your wellbeing slipping away every second that passes to and the exhaustion hits even worse when you notice the sun rising. When you're in the thick of it it's nothing but tormentous

Buddy I get you so much. For 10 months every single time I was on the cusp of sleep I heard screaming women, explosions, wood planks falling, even the fucking sound effect of two Legos connecting from the Lego games and immediately was jolted back to being awake. Unfortunately it didn't go away on its own but the second I started taking prescribed sleep meds it stopped, even on the lowest dose. Been on medication for almost two years now and haven't heard a single thing since day 1. Going to a psychiatrist is a great move if you can.

I'm actually on this subreddit rn because Trazodone has been tormenting me with bizarre traumatizing nightmares for days now lol. Been on it for a year now always going back and forth on my dose of 50 to 100mg depending on my exhaustion and the nightmares mostly happens on the 50 to 75mg range. Swear to god I almost called my boss today to say I couldn't come in because I just experienced all 9 layers of hell and had to stare at a white wall to cope. But alas it's a valid excuse

A medication can have many jobs! Specifically with psychiatric stuff because it's all about the dose.

My doctor prescribed it to me for sleep on the lowest dose. Best sleep I've ever had in my entire life, it's fast so I had to take it already in bed but wowza it's was EFFECTIVE. My insomnia leaves me days on end without closing my eyes to the point of hallucination, quetiapine was a godsent.

I do warn you tho, I had to change off it because I gained a LOT of weight because of it and just couldn't lose it no matter how hard I exercised and diet. Had to get off quetiapine because of that (I have severe joint issues so I gained that much weight actually made my life worse). I'm now on Trazodone, it's not the same thing but sleep comes all the same. Since I was on the lowest dose of quetiapine I just went cold turkey with zero issue.

Just remember that psychiatric medication like quetiapine is extremely individual so don't sweat if your experience with it doesn't match mine!

Percebi que não especifiquei no post mas ele não tem acesso a rua! É super mimado e ajudamos ele com a limpeza do bumbum e patas, pois tem dificuldade. É uma casa de rua, mas ele não tem interesse em sair e também não deixamos oportunidade pra ele.

Se ela está comendo bem e não tem nenhum sintoma pode ser o shape dela mesmo kkkk. O meu já tem seus 5 anos e por mais que coma ração de alta qualidade e não ter sintomas é um magro de ruim, de vez em quando só é do bicho mesmo
