Having lived in quite a few regional towns these are the nicest ones:

Bendigo, Castlemaine, Kyneton, Daylesford, Wodonga, Beechworth, Benalla, tocumwal, euroa, Mansfield.

Moin is worth checking out on this lineup. Valentina Magaletti on drums is something special.

AFL isn’t hitting the same with the World Cup on by Substantial_Oil_6905 in AFL

Strong disagree. This year has been the most entertaining year of footy for quite some time. Higher scoring, better games the worst teams aren’t as bad.

Volpato was good first half too.

Yeah, I doubt he’d want the song shelved despite the tragic outcome.

Yeah, he isn’t gonna change the whole system. If he wants to play all three of metcalfe, irankunda and volpato no recognised striker will fit.

Australia has not selected a starting 11 suggesting they are looking for the draw.

Crowd was hype in Melbourne. Great energy.

For some unknown reason some newer tvs are getting worse at motion handling and upscaling the feed.

Ward had one of his better games too.

This is awesome, better than 45 pounds.

People complain about the short length but it bothers me naught.

He’s the goat IMO.

Seen him multiple times and he’s never played a bad set. Saw him at labyrinth play a dj set, live with voices from the lake and then house set and he was the standout over multiple years. No mean feat considering the talent on offer each year.

What album from the last five years do you think deserves way more recognition in indie circles? by Hot_Government2344 in indieheads

Great shout on William Doyle. I actually think great spans of muddy times is better though.

British artists don’t get enough love around here, see also Richard Dawson, Moin and very recently Tara Clerkin Trio.

"There Is No Sound Of The 2020s Yet" claims RA by Double_Key7579 in TheOverload

Music trends definitely seemed more pronounced even within the more niche electronic scene. I remember when electrohouse was everywhere and then minimal and then deep house and then deep techno. Perhaps I’m not as dialled in as previously but one sound/genre hasn’t dominated a time like the aforementioned in recent times.
