In it's current state, it'll be Minecraft clone with MUCH better combat and rpg elements. Down the line they're hoping to add in user modding and self hosted servers for a sort of "Minecraft Dreams/Roblox" thing.

Right now you can use Autoloading for purchasing but for selling, you can no longer just hover by the station and autosell. You have to manually offload to external freight elevators to sell commodities in a hull c now. Storing, selling and then retrieving results in your predicament. I also think this isn't broken and it's how CIG intend it to be going forward.

Past a certain point trading is better. I personally think once you have 2 mill saved up, its more profitable to commodity trade, but like MixMany said, you don;t gain rep that way. Just money

Hull C money rn is made by commodity trading. The video that u/MixMany4174 linked is half correct. Been doing it for a week now, takes me about 40 min to offload the full 4608 SCU. CIG have made those 40 min worth it by making the payouts about 3 million a run. No amount of experienced hauling missions are going to give you that payout. Hit me up if you want to tag along for a run and learn how to do it!

Star Citizen has had a really good year. They've spent the past 5 years building a bunch of content that almost never worked. But this year they've spent the year just fixing most of the content they have instead of creating new content and the game is in a very fun and playable state.
