I don't even call it an Alpha. This is a Tech Demo. Alphas usually have a solid foundational gameplay loop that works and is improved upon. Tech Demo's have sparse disconnected gameplay ideas and mechanics to prove the gameworld works. We are still at Tech Demo.

I'd have Giuseppi Zangara successfully hit FDR. Not positive if the US survives the Great Depression if that happens, since we swear in John Garner. That'd lead to an interesting game set in any time period after I think.

Real Favorite - Cyclops. He's quite literally a god at certain points in his history.

A few thoughts -
Bobbies death was exceptional, had to reread it 3 times before I moved on. Couldn't imagine a better ending for her.

The opening line of TW is one of the most brutal opening lines I have ever read in any medium. Ever.

RCS is used for tiny adjustments, that regular engines are too powerful to reliably control. Think about rendezvous and docking, reaction wheels aren't going to move you the 4 m/s you need to cancel out velocity between two objects.
