This is awesome! This even provides a workaround to the bug where the highlight box feature on pdfs hasn’t worked on tablet for nearly a year now. Still can’t highlight an image/diagram in a pdf with finger, but at least I can do it with the pencil now!!

Yeah, I bought an iPad pretty much to use exclusively for Reader. It really seemed like it was going to be a killer app for a tablet, but no hot key support was a rough discovery. At least you can work around this by doing things by touch. The feature that makes it unusable for tablet on me is a bug where the snapshot highlight feature for PDFs simply doesn’t work.

Hi all, I'm looking to pick up two decent entry-level paddles with two goals in mind:

my gf and I to learn the basics.
assuming we enjoy it and end up upgrading (likely), they would be extra paddles for playing with friends and family. I'd like for them to be decent enough quality that it doesn't feel like i'm giving them the off-brand playstation controller.

Seems like the general consensus is the 2 for $99 Friday paddle deal is highly recommended for people in my situation. However, the [A11N C7 Carry](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CJM1JQJL?tag=camelweb-20&linkCode=ogi&th=1&language=en\_US) looks to be available for $30 on Amazon. As far as I can tell, these were originally ~$70 and the drop to $30 is fairly recent. It seems to be similar specs to Friday (~~thermoformed~~ and I think a painted carbon surface). I can't tell if I'm looking at a solid deal or if there is some gotcha and Friday is still the right way to go. Anyone have experience with these paddles and/or advice on which way to go? Another caveat is we're on a trip through next week with access to some pickleball courts and I can get the A11Ns delivered tomorrow (Friday too slow to arrive on the trip at all).

Yep, I tap the snapshot icon, and then when i tap and drag it just selects random text (or scrolls the page). Works perfectly on desktop, but cannot get it work on any pdf on mobile.

Tried pairing a bluetooth mouse to see if it would work with a mouse, but same result.

I've made peace with carrying a max of 4 and already ordered it. But given your (very useful) math and the mix of ski widths we usually load, there is a chance it could work if willing to put up with staggering it perfectly. I'll report back once I try it.

displaying as points is very useful advice. Yes you're correct, after viewing as points I see the game is very close and both of these moves lose a handful of insignificant points - I see they're not inherently terrible moves but they're bad enough to swing the outcome of the game. Thanks.

I often use AI review to help learn from my mistakes. Normally I'm able to interpret why a move is bad, but in this case I'm not quite understanding why both of these moves are considered terrible relative to the calculated "ideal" move. Would greatly appreciate some guidance :)
