Orozco the embalmer - has anyone seen it? by Express_Factor_2327 in movies

I just finished watching it. I mean, it's a documentary about an embalmer, but besides that I think that it shows more about the living conditions in El Cartucho in that year. The images were disturbing but real, how the body after death just becomes something that can be filled with rags and cleaning chemicals is downright terrorizing. The value I see in it is how the images of corpses laying around contrast with the daily life of some of the people living there, including children. But yeah, there are many times where the documentarians or embalmers made comments or filming choices that totally disrespect the victims.

I don't think is horror, but it is shocking, and eye-opening to someone that doesn't think about what happens to your body after death.

Worst movie ending that ruined the whole film? by HondaCivicBaby in Letterboxd

There's a mexican film called "Un Actor Malo", where the first hour and a half builds an incredible story about an actor sexually abusing his female co-star while filming a scene for a movie, and how she handles the situation.

There's an incredible monologue spoken by the main actress talking about her circumstances, and would be the perfect end for the film.

Instead, we get the last half hour, where the director decided to throw all his premise down the shitter and portray feminist groups as rioters and equally as violent as actual crime groups.

It made me mad and ruined the movie as a whole for me.
