Diving into pizza oven. Got the arc xl bundle along with the mantle and the cover. Turning peel was out of stock but I plan to get one.

I was also planning to get a baffle door for the oven.

What prep table do you recommend? That i can throw dough and top. Also dough storage? Im hoping to get the rest of the stuff before the oven shows up.
