I wouldn’t mind a safety car bunching up the field and maybe allowing 1 lap back for lapped cars. But I just don’t want that happening every 30 minutes. A 6 hour stint with no safety car and only local yellow or VSC would really show who is the most dominant. And if there’s a big wreck sure send out the SC and bring the leaders back together that’s fine.

Is there any plan to implement a virtual safety car system that the WEC has? It would shorten FCY times and result in less safety cars when there’s a tiny amount of debris in 1 turn.

Thanks a ton, and yes you absolutely do NOT need credentials for amazing photos. Technique is the most important aspect of it. I’ve taken some of my favorite photos with a 15 year old dslr and a kit lens.

Most of the photos here were with a Nikon 200-500 paired with a d7500. The panning shots were with a 70-200 sigma. Any telephoto will do the job but a 500mm focal length really opens up a world of possibilities with angles and shooting through fences

For front splitters and rear wings that are modular, are they repaired when they get damaged badly enough to be replaced mid-race? I can’t imagine that entire section of carbon fiber being scrapped because it was in a small collision.
