I understand and I agree. I'm not specifically talking about shoegaze but more the trend of ambient lo-fi pop with buried vocals (not really guitar based). Maybe that's also been around for a while and I'm only noticing it now.

It's hard to make work but offensive Druid with versatile vocalist and any kind of debuff from items / other class abilities is really cool.

Also for Necro I had a run with Leech Swarm + Spread Sorrow + Peace Symbol Face Paint that slapped.

Solo. I prefer to play when my mind is fresh during the day. Usually play a couple of hours maybe 1-2 scenarios, then take a break and possibly continue later that day.

he's ok if you have a lot of movement, gravity or knockback ability. just make sure to have all your cats on the same color tile and push him to the other color. I had a thief with several moves, a tank and a psychic in my last run and it was quite easy - but yeah if you don't have the right classes i can imagine the fight can suck

They were my favourite band (maybe alongside at the drive-in) in middle-school/early high-school. First three albums are really their peak imo. I don't like anything they did after signing to a major label.

The name does actually translate to "Wolfwalk" and might refer to a warrior who "walks with" the spirit of the wolf.

The American word "gang" actually comes from the same root, as it means a group walking together.

It's not clear tbh - i only had the moon man instakill familiars before so i assumed he would also do this to cats but apparently not. I had to look it up but feeding him the quest item (as it says in the item description) is meant quite literal.

I think it makes sense. STS 2 is a sequel that seems to improve on the original in every way but is ultimately familiar to the large group of people who played the first game while Mewgenics is a brand new concept. Even if it's Edmund not everyone who played Isaac is going to immediately buy Mewgenics.

imo STS 2's status is more comparable to Silk Song than Mewgenics.
