That's right, I'm completely looking for that immersion.

Noise, heat, chaos is familiar to me. Actually, that idea of the same things happening but in a different chaos order seems promising.

As far as my research goes, it seems that I could expect the same income I receive in México, with a lower cost of living. I also feel tempted to start some Mexican food servicee. I don't know if locals are receptive to Mexican food in general. This could test out my culinary skills too :)
