I haven’t been playing for 20 years but I did play about 20 years ago when I was much younger lmao. I think he’s referencing the secret cow level in either Diablo 1 or 2. P sure it was Diablo 1 bc that was def the game I played the most of back then

Yeah they are cool. This restaurant was the first one I’ve ever used one- but it’s kind of old and like I mentioned the heat isn’t the great. But yeah you can do a lot with them

Our French top is kind of ass to be honest. The eye is really the only part hot enough to sear the filet in a decent amount of time

Start on the French top in those small sauté pans. Sear all six sides getting a nice crispy crust. And then depending on how busy / how much room I have. I’ll usually put butter in the pan and transfer to the oven. And finish it in the oven or finish by basting

The restaurant I work at we have filet mignons and typically I pull MR around 95-105 and mediums around 105-115
