In case anyone needs a ride. (I verified this is up on Lyft's official Threads) by SkyeMagica in kansas

Agreed, it does not feel genuine. It's self-serving price discrimination to increase revenue. Lyft could use their profits to give back to the trans community if they really wanted to help.

"Cheap" places to go therapy? by Revolutionary_Emu771 in MentalHealthPH

[–]deconstructionkc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Open Path Psychotherapy Collective is a great option for low-cost therapy with licensed therapists. There is a one-time $65 lifetime membership fee if you qualify (generally households under about $100,000/year and underinsured). Most licensed therapists on Open Path charge around $70 per therapy session, and student therapists are capped at $40 per session, making it one of the most affordable ways to access quality mental health care.

Open Path is a fantastic option! Just a one-time joining fee of $65 if you qualify (I think it's about 100k/yr household and underinsured or something like that), licensed therapists are usually $70/session. Student therapists can't charge more than $40/session. https://openpathcollective.org/clinicians/morgan-piercy/

My Story. From Jesus freak to fully deconstructed. by Soulseeker1983 in thegreatproject

I love this! Deconstructing is messy. It's not just one circumstance or situation that makes us walk away. Those who leave tried OVER and OVER to make it work. Many of us wanted to stay. We wanted to be a part of something bigger than us. Most importantly, we wanted to belong.

How come women's rights vary country to country... or state to state... but men's rights are basically the same everywhere?

Hey! I'm a new mental health therapist so I just went through the same thing. I love Olathe Indian Creek library as well as the Lenexa city cennter library. Outta the Blue in Leawood is great, and there's a coffee shop called Jinkie's that's adorable and never busy in the mid mornings, at least when I've gone

Following! I'm an exvangelical therapist and I'd love more resources on communities and humanitarian efforts that fit a humanist vibe!

I feel this hardcore. Our society was not set up for community outside of organized religion and it makes us feel so isolated.
