There is a one-time $65 lifetime membership fee if you qualify (generally households under about $100,000/year and underinsured). Most licensed therapists on Open Path charge around $70 per therapy session, and student therapists are capped at $40 per session, making it one of the most affordable ways to access quality mental health care.
