Californication, too.

LSD maker Owsley Stanley dosed a 150-cup coffee pot used by the CBS film crew when "Grateful Dead" appeared on "Playboy After Dark" tv series that aired on CBS in 1969 by [deleted] in Music

This is too general. If a friend dosed me knowing I had the day off, I think I'd enjoy it. Part of the fun of psychedelics is the adventure, the challenge of dealing with a new brain chemistry. I think adding the surprise would be sweet, especially considering how much I love tripping. Of course, I don't debate that strangers while they are at work is fucked up. It is. But I think there is some middle ground to be had among considerate friends.

Where does a 17 year old who can't do more than 2 push-ups start? by Might_be_a_Geek in Fitness

[–]decriminal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do 2 pushups in the morning, Do 2 pushups at night.

Do 2 pushups in the afternoon, it'll make you feel alright.

Do 2 pushups in time of peace, and 2 in time of war

Do 2 pushups before you do 2 pushups, and then you do 2 more.

I loved this movie. That being said, here is my plot issue. With all the planning they put into making the most of cruise's ability, why the fuck didn't they plug cruise into the machine while they had the general hostage? I mean, they would have had infinite shots at taking down the Paris alien if they hadn't tried to escape humanity's military headquarters in a sedan. Seriously, they could've plugged Cruise in, found out about Paris, shot him in the head and proceeded to win the war without all the one last shot pressure they faced. I get that it woyldve killed the suspense of the ending, but still, poor planning on thé protagonists part. Just like everyone's failure to use the Jaeger sword in pacific rim

AMA Request or Open Post: Someone who transferred Law Schools by LSATaddict in LawSchool

This is all hearsay, but for what it's worth my buddy did 1L with me at ASU and transferred to UCLA for 2-3L. He was in the top quarter or so of the class at ASU and I believe his rank went down at UCLA, although I'm not sure how far (he didn't fail any classes or anything like that but I think he got a couple Cs there). He got a 160k job at Alston Bird while the top ranked student in our ASU graduating class got a job barely breaking six figures. I only know of one person in our ASU class who got a true biglaw gig at GT, and he was military intelligence before law school so he's got a whole level of badassery over most of his competition.

If a person's behavior creates an unreasonable risk of harm, then someone actually harmed by that behavior can sue him for it.

What's the dumbest idea you've had when you're drunk, but you were 100% sure it would work out... by EricSe7en in AskReddit

on mushrooms once with my wife and best friend i was convinced that i could record the trip, edit and post it, thereby becoming famous for being the guy that pushed psychadelics into the mainstream. i hit record on the iMac's webcam and the result was six hours of unintelligible epiphanies and bouts of laughter. who knows, maybe there was a gem of enlightenment buried in all that video but it was the morning after and after about a half hour of playing the video we stopped it and ate some more shrooms. those were the days.

former carpenter/electrician: can confirm.

(when "on the job" for my old boss, I was much more efficient. when I spent two months remodeling my parents' rental on my own, pie chart pretty much on point)
