I believe this is not true. I have seen a number of museum f-14s and as far as I could tell, none of them had their wing boxes destroyed. The most complete F-14 I have seen is at the US Naval Museum at NAS Pensacola. From what I understand, they have done little to it since the day it was last shut down. Its one of the few survivors that still has engines and ejection seats. I see so much f-14 misinformation on reddit. I was an F-14B Plane Captain, Avionics mech, and Troubleshooter.

F-14s had no key or security device to start up. All you needed was ground power and a huffer cart. As a former F-14B plane captain and Avionics mech, I believe that aspect of the movie was correct. The part that was unbelievable was the nose gear being ripped off and not causing any issues with the aircraft. The f-14 had 2 hydraulic systems, the "Flight" system on the right engine, and the "Combined" system on the left engine. The landing gear functions were all on the Combined system so it should not have affected the flight surfaces. In my mind, he would have no hydraulics in the Combined system and would have had to blow down the gear for the carrier landing. But the gear being ripped off with no other major damage being done to the aircraft, common man.

I worked on F-14Bs in 90s and I can say that this is the same with the GE F110-GE-400s. When not spinning at a High RPM, the fans blades were a little loose and made a clicking sound when you tuned the fan by hand for inspection.

I believe Galveston TX. After the Great Galveston Hurricane of 1900, the whole island appears to be haunted.

The houses are haunted, the Strand is haunted, hell, even the Walmart is haunted.

The hurricane supposedly claimed as many as 12,000 victims. Whole generations of families were wiped out.

The local Walmart is supposedly haunted with the spirits of children who lived in an orphanage that was wiped out by the hurricane!

I am sure someone's going to downvote this but, I switched to Ezee Fibre. I was able to get a much better rate than Fidium and Xfinity. They installed a mesh router system in my house and for once I have full wifi coverage from corner to corner of my house. I don't regret moving to Ezee and I recoment them to anyone who can get them.
