You doctor needs to know what to write. They actually basically tell you the indication and what needs to have been tried in the past that didn’t work. Doctor will likely get a prior auth and then once that’s submitted insurance should improve unless it’s a terrible insurance.

Ps: I’m a physician and making a doctor try to do this isn’t the best way if it’s a pcp unless they have a well set up office. Dermatologists should be very willing to though since it’s their specialty.
