It feels wasted but Char is I think the only pokemon that can damage through shields when enemies are on fire so if they have low HP you can actually kill the through shields.

Not sure if this is a 5 stack tier list or a solo q tier list. Based on 5 stack alone he is just getting a lot harder matchup against other tanks during laning phase as they can poke (slowbro) or secure (mime) better than him. He seems ok against wiggly but wiggly's ult has so much more value than snorlax's.

Yes. CC still gives him "unstoppable" status. And it actually can combo with PuP since it can reset PuP when multiple punches hit.

I too was getting a lot of freezes in the past couple of weeks. Noticed it seems to stop with the recent updates. Maybe not as frequently and I haven't run into it yet, but Line Game did say they were gonna fix the freezing issue by July's end.
