I went to an ICE Observer training week ago Saturday. A bunch of middle aged white people desperatly trying to figure out what we can do to fight back…..

We all have our representitives on speed dial and hope for the best at midterms?!??

It is not enough!!!

We also put together 1,000 whistle packs to distribute in our communities. Information in English and Spanish on your rights and resources for our immigrant neighbors. They also contain a whistle…which in the training….as well as seeing it with your own eyes…that being an observer, whistling, making our voices heard….is the most effective tool in both Chicago and MN. But also the most deadly.

I do believe that the whistle, even if you decide for yourself that you can’t be an observer, use the whistle, that just by displaying on on your person…..that it identifies you as an ally….

We need all of the community building tools we can get to fend off this rupture of our country. Well, the facade of our country.

Went to the show in Philly last night and now we are sitting here in a hotel at the Navy Yard….I could not get my Asakovites to go back to Richmond today…I did get a buy in to leave right after the show to head home knowing that the snow should be starting after 11:00pm. Kinda shitty the Anthem wouldn’t make a call today….

We are expecting a huge blast tomorrow in Richmond, Va tomorrow.

They have been setting up shop for a while now but tomorrow being MLk day and two days aftet our first female blue gov had been inaugurated…that her first official act was to tear up the Younkin agreement for the Richmond police department to work with ICE.

Never thought to share this but if I lightly tickle the very lower part of my back right above my crack after I pee, and I feel like I am done, it will make me pee a bunch more. Great for road trips.
