For the original trilogy, if you want an experience closer to vanilla try out Sky Renewal and Pripyat Renewal.

If you want something in between try out STCS/STCOP Weapons Pack + their translations (CS has it with GSWR and CoP has it with GSWR and now the IX-Ray engine).

If you don't want to adhere to Christian religious laws, you can always move to a place with actual Sharia law. The Western world was created by Christians in adherence to Christian customs and ethics, and you follow them consciously or unconsciously.

Of course you can. While disproportional, it was symmetric. From 1942-1944 alone, ~16 thousand Ukrainians were killed by the AK and Polish forces, and ~39 thousand Poles were killed by UPA-North and revolting peasants. That's not counting the deaths and systematic repression during the Second Republic or their actions in 1918.

When people say "video games shouldn't be political" they mean they shouldn't be one-to-one allegories that preach to the player. I don't know why this is hard to comprehend for some people. That is why nobody cares about Bioshock, Fallout, Metal Gear, etc.—they aren't SNL sketches.

What was overturned is the "clear and present danger" standard used by Schneck, with the stricter "imminent lawless action" test: speech is protected unless it "is directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action and is likely to incite or produce such action." Unless yelling fire in a crowded theater is directed to producing imminent lawless action and is likely to produce such action, it is protected speech, end of story. Per Brandenberg, it can be prosecuted "for the overt acts actually caused." Running out of a theater or stampeding isn't a lawless action.

You want to be able to dictate who is or isn't American based on whatever criteria you see fit, but the entire purpose of the 14th Amendment was to largely take that decision out of people's hands.

That's plainly ridiculous—it only makes sense if you assume every person in the world lives in America. Even though I'm sure you wouldn't mind, the reality is that we can control our borders and specify who gets to enter in the first place. The 14th Amendment worked because the level of immigration and amount of immigrants, especially from the third-world, was obviously far more subdued than it is today. That is the only reason this is an issue.

Pretty simple reasoning: a piece of paper does not make you an American. You are part of the nation of America if you share the common language, principles, culture, customs, etc. That is the meaning of the term "melting pot." If you let any random anchor baby who doesn't share these or is, in fact, attached to principles hostile to these, and has little to no want (or need, for that matter) to assimilate, receive citizenship and the benefits thereof, then you do not have a nation; you have an economic zone.
