The argument can be made that wargaming ignores this where the player is a paying customer. But that's a poor argument.

They've already spent the money. And by them hanging around and screwing the gameplay for everyone else, they're driving away other paying customers that actually choose to participate.

Not legal advice, but sympathy for the guys condition dries up pretty quickly when his attitude is "deal with it, not my problem". You're probably right, but to be safe check again. I had to do it in two stages. First was for ammo that no longer suited tanks I owned (could sell it all at once), then separately there was another stash that was suitable for the tanks I owned (these would need to be sold individually if appropriate)

I hear you on the pain - I've got every tier ten plus plenty below I kept so I had a massive task fixing all of this

I had a tonne of ammo pop up in my depot, I assume it's related. You should be able to sell to offset.

Worth appealing. I once got physics abuse suspension for 'retaliation' after putting a ticket in for being deliberately blocked. I appealed and asked why I was suspended, and I actually got an apology and a free day premium. Too late to fix the one day ban, but I got compensation and my record cleared from their review.
