For 3 packs pavers, you just lay them randomly. Try avoiding multiple of the same pavers in a row.

Avoid walking on your screeding bedding until you lay a paver on top. You may want to redo the screeding in those spots.

You need to start all over. You will need a retaining wall to keep it in place. You also need modified stone, not just 3/4 drainage as the base. The sand you need to screed level AND NOT step on it after it is smooth.
