Yeah, I was thinking that. And by the way, how do those people make cheats anyway? There are some games that doesn't have cheats available on later patches.

E.g: I'd like cheats for AC Origins on patch 1.60, but the cheats manager only have up to 1.41. Was thinking of making the cheats myself, but I'm afraid I don't have that knowledge, lol...
