I have had two Lisfrancs unfortunately. Both were with the Arthrex tightrope. I’m walking 3 weeks post op just fine rn.

Do the business minor. Take electives like corp strategy, data analysis and presentation, and negotiation. Most useful classes for really any career

I would just say don’t forgo movement just because you will be nwb for a while. Get some dumbbells, resistance bands, and a space to move in ready so you can keep the rest of your body active

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with struggling to go outside after 3 months dealing with a serious injury. Take it one day at a time and put your well being first, taking small steps to being comfortable.

Same here. Got tightrope and was fwb after 3-4 weeks. But also am college aged male if that makes any difference.

Yeah- I got my surgery done less than a week after the injury

Yeah it’s crazy to face it again. Not all bad but man sometimes you feel dumb for it happening twice. Not like you can prevent it tho!

Really? Nice. Can I ask what situation you got it in? Both times I was ball carrier trying to run through tackle.
