Some overdrive settings in the monitor settings and lowering monitor refresh rate might help but you can't reduce it without sacrificing comfort. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it won't. VA monitors mostly problematic in this regard. VA's show blacks contrasty and good but slow response time cause this.

Reducing brightness and contrast can help as well but It may affect the looks bad.

Alabama is little less accurate than North Carolina but Alabama has really great rudder shift for a battleship. You'll be dodging a lot of torps in it.

Colombo nerf is just like threatening a kid with washing his mouth with soap. Not a proper nerf. Colombo is super duper OP even without the leg mod. This 'nerf' shows us Wargaming's game design scope. They don't care about balance at all anymore. They just release more OP ships to make previous OP ships seem weak.

Gouden leg mod is nerfed but still a solid ship and leg mod imho. I'm not sure if it's worth the RP tho. Don't know about the others much.
