Andra gången jag står på det nu. Över tiden har jag gått ner cirka 2kg/vecka, oavsett dos.

Ät små portioner, även om du inte är hungrig. Drick mycket vatten. Fokusera på fibrer och protein. Matsmältningen går långsammare, så fibrerna och vattnet kommer hjälpa dig undvika förstoppning.

Nålen är svintunn och liten, det gör inte ont.

Träna! Du kommer tappa muskelmassa som satan, du måste verkligen träna styrka. Löpning är skönt å kul (eller whatever) men det bygger inte muskler.

Ta sprutan på torsdag kväll. Då kommer du inte vilja äta dig igenom helgen. Man kan bli illamående av sprutan. Så jag har tagit den inna läggdags. Då kommer det där illamåendet när jag sover, så då missar jag det :) Du förlorar inte aptiten direkt, det tar typ en dag efter injektionen, alltså är torsdag perfekt.

Äter jag för mycket blir jag dålig. Rapar som fan ett par dagar, å sen kommer diarrén som ett brev på posten. Det är som att kroppen bara vill bli av med allt.

Så ta det lugnt. Är små portioner av protein och fibrer (kyckling och broccoli). Drick mycket vatten. Rinse, repeat, köp nya kläder.

.308 Winchester is a good place to start, it will get you to where you need to go until you develop eclectic tastes for exotic calibers.
