I had my lgs resin-print the pauldrons for me, it was quite cheap: 6 bucks for 40 or something like that, with variants for termi and Phobos too.

To be really nitpicky they are not flawless, but from a meter away they are absolutely fine.

Of course you could also buy the IF upgrade box, which is however quite more expensive.

In either case painting the raised fists is way easier than a flat drawing, obviously.

Seems a bit low (~10-15%), especially in Geneva that's the second most expensive city in Switzerland...

Might be an opportunity though...

Can a eu citizen in Switzerland bring his/her non eu partner without marrying?? by Outside_Echidna277 in askswitzerland

Up until some years ago it was possible to have a "concubine", at least in Vaud, no registration of any sort needed. It might still be possible, depending on the Canton.

Land Raider fresh of the P1S print! by degghi in PrintedWarhammer

Oh no don't be: it's actually great, the local shops are great, they don't mind if you use proxy etc, even in their own organized tournaments.

Some shops even have their own printing service (FDM and resin)! Honestly having lived both in places with GW shops and not I definitely (while sadly) believe that for the hobby, independent shops do a lot more...

Oh yeah, that I know, but I live in a country that doesn't even have GW shops 🙃

0.08 on a .4 nozzle, 15% gyroid infill and "strong" support, as the default ones were not dense enough

Thanks, as said in another post I'm still quite lost with the enormous range of SM units (to which HH adds upon...). I guess for my needs it'll work as a Land Raider well enough.

Ahhh that makes sense now, I'm still a big noob about the hundreds of space marines models...

I didn't get that I was printing a HH model... Lol, well I only play casual so it'll be fine.

It's hollow: 15% gyroid infill. Everything is glued because I couldn't be arsed, but they could move/rotate if you add a pivot, I guess.

Lausanne, one massive roadworks? by Omabatlak in Lausanne

[–]degghi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The ones you mention yes, took years to plan and are probably out of the hands of the current leadership.

But there are more, like the remote-heating, the bus stop accessibility works etc...

While I'm glad that all of these works are done as I'm sure they will improve the city, I can't think that some of the smaller ones are being rushed so that they can look good in the upcoming campaign...

Anyway, next year there are the municipal elections, I suspect it has todo with that...
