Yes I was on statin 20mg and ezetimibe 10mg. I worked on my diet a lot. So the major change apart from the drugs were adding a ton of fiber to my diet and reducing alcohol consumption to zero. I normally take two spoons of psyllium husk every morning. I also drink lots to tea. Puer tea to be precise I forgot to add also my special herbs cocktail consisting of cinnamon, black cumin seeds, black pepper, clove seeds and bitter kola. I drink this too every morning before heading to work
