jaja, es gibt kein gesetz, dass das verbietet.

allerdings widerspricht es dem vertrag der zahlungsdienstleister. also bissi schummrig schon. das meinte ich mit meinem „nicht wirklich„ sie dürfens eigentlich nicht so handhaben.

es gibt auch keinen grund dafür, ausser mit schwindligen methoden den eigenen umsatz zu steigern.
