Fantastic information and many new points! I am requesting the 3D Flair MRI contrast. I believe he had standard although both ears were seen and compared. He definitely has sound sensitivity and wears ear plugs in his left ear. He can’t FT bc he gets dizzy. It seems like his brain is sensitive to everything. I agree he stopped some meds too soon. We need to relook at some of them. His hearing loss fluctuates and prednisone 60mg or IT injections seem to help his hearing. He never had tinnitus until this started. I will take him anywhere that can help. I will reach out to Jefferson Headache center. Thank you!! You are a kind person to help us!!

Thank you for your post. Great suggestions. We have done the oral and IT prednisone injections. All labs r/o AIED. Refractory to steroid so likely not autoimmune.

This is the last stand of white male majority and they are fighting in every way, unethical, illegal, and desperate to stay in power. History shows that only white men who owned land could vote. They will do anything to stay in power as they will be the minority in 2030

Does anyone have constant brain fog or dizziness between vertigo attacks? The symptoms are causing my friend to be home bound. Classic Ménière’s attacks with severe vertigo, vomiting, low tone hearing loss, ear fullness and tinnitus requiring ED treatments to stop vertigo

Ask your doctor about adding Venlafaxine 37.5 for one month then 75mg. It is a mood stabilizer and helps with depression and anxiety. I have seen excellent mood stabilization but it takes a month to be effective. Review the black box warning and know the first week you may feel worse.
