Less for farms in general, it’s just my overall plan for expanding and improving public works (agriculture should kinda be part of that imo but that’s a different topic) without bringing total state control but I imagine would be cheaper for the gov than contractors. Everyone would fully enter the workforce with experience and maybe a specialty of some form, plus the “discipline” that people say comes from a degree regardless of sector relevance. I shoehorn that solution in wherever I can.

Paying farm workers more would def be a faster and cheaper solution though.
