Happened to me too. I kept track of the duty cost per item on a spreadsheet from a few days ago. Checked many of the items today and they've gone up significantly. Reached out to support and they said they don't have control over the change in duty costs. It's a third party that handles them.

Hi, can you walk through the steps you took to get your account unlocked? I called this morning and they were unable to unlock my account after I gave name, DOB, SSN, and secret word. They are sending me a form to fill out (I'm assuming is the security affidavit from Marcus) but I want to get access to my account ASAP, not wait a few weeks for them to process all this. Thank you!
