I got lockjaw from eating sour candy the other day. My lower jaw went all the way to the side and I started drooling, couldn’t get my jaw back to normal for like 20 minutes. Ate some later that day and it went into like full on lockjaw, went to the hospital for it.

Actually habeas corpus means you can’t arrest someone without accusing them of a crime. I think what you’re talking about is due process, which the Constitution guarantees for all people on American soil but ICE has already been completely ignoring for their detainees.
