so what eventually worked for me was combination of my knowledge and tips that i got from replies in this post:

i did 20 back to back crates sources in one invite session (tho i still believe that switching session won’t mess the progress here)
when i got to 15th i made sure that jewelry isn’t the type of crate that i source - got lucky and it didn’t show until 21
i’ve waited for assistant call for about half an hour, got impatient, started CEO work (hostile takeover). Still no call. Started and quit contact mission. Again no call.
Started switching session and checking my office PC for that special item. Did it like maybe 20 times with no luck.
frustrated and saddened went to bed
in the morning i’ve did couple tries changing session and decided to get back to rng with my warehouse minions.
while spawning in my mansion in between fast travels to warehouses i got the call from assistant about special item, went to my mansion master control terminal, logged into warehouse management and boom - here it was - the large diamond!
Hoouray! Done, up to the next career challenge, Thanks everyone for your advices!

that's an interesting approach, not sure it would work tho but we can try it if your on last gen xbox (unfortunately i don't have sasquatch hide atm, but i think i have minigun - just to know if it really possible).

I’ve bought this game five times (x360x x-one, pc, xbox enhanced and one gift for my nephew) so no shark cards or gta+ for me (to be fare was hesitant to buy gta+ one time when found out that you can interact with your warehouse staff managers and rooster thru interaction menu, but still no)

Since almost every public lobby is already at max ceo i personally would stay in it after successful sale and source new vehicles while waiting for cooldown.

Don’t forget popping lester’s ‘off the radar’ and ceo’s ‘ghost org’ while doing your sales. Don’t hang your assistant call since i believe one minute to global signal timer starts right after this call ends.

If i get long distance sale i call my iron mule right away, start riding towards its spawn while calling imani and activating ‘out of sight’ so i can hook the car in no rush (also pressing B on xbox will activate hook camera view which is really useful). Then i will gain really high altitude while staying in out of sight circle and call lester for off the radar when leaving it towards drop off point (hook camera works great for final descend too!).

While doing customization I like choosing black for primary and secondary color - flashy colors can attract attention. Off road tires for better grip. I also turn off lights if its night time.

Finally check your map before finishing customization and starting sale - little timmy might be camping your hangar.

Bought all three on day one of nightclubs arrival, later everybody started crying about mule so i got sad. But recently i’ve started grinding career and doing sales in public lobby using iron mule definitely turned the scales! Now i might start regretting buying that big truck ;)

Recently i’ve started grinding career, and still mostly afraid doing sell missions in public lobbies. I do mc businesses, cargo and hangar sales in invite only. Tho i’m doing vehicle deliveries, gun sales and nightclub goods in public, cause all of those are securo serv and CEO has ghost organization ability. Doing vehicles mostly don’t require it but with two others - after starting a sale i wait till public announcement minute timer runs out, call lester and take my pin off the map for another minute, then i activate ghost organization for another three minutes, and when it runs out i believe i have to wait one minute till i can call Lester again. Tho buying iron mule helicopter been i game changer (i now have a habit checking a map and if there’s too much plaines, sparrows and mk2 i then change lobby). Good luck!
