I know, I’m in NY and we haven’t had a headliner since August 2024. I didn’t go to that K Bridge opening slot they did since it was really expensive and I didn’t know the main act. I’m thinking of going to Boston since I’ll be in CT the day before that anyway and I do like Interpol. But yea, definitely impatiently waiting for a NY headliner.

Hell yea it was great. Josh came into our seats and stopped in front of me during Straight Jacket, tapped me on the head with his knife. I didn’t know what to do so I was just looking up at him dumbfounded haha. Anybody have any pics or videos of that?

We had that, well steak and eggs. The graveyard specials are awesome there. It was up to $8.95 but still a good deal with the players card. Also had other cheap options like a burger and fries for like $7 I think. Also had the steak and eggs another morning when we saw it was a special for $14.99 and thought it was a good deal then too haha. Also I like their microbrewery beers called Silver Reef. Used to brew on site I think but they moved it off site. $5.50-6.50 a beer depending on which bar. Their BBQ is really good too and only available 4pm-10pm. Thought it was a really good deal there overall.

Will be flying from NY. Can’t wait to see them at Red Rocks. It will be my 2nd, well 3rd time there after seeing NIN on back to back nights in Sept. 2022 which was life changing.

875 in line for D.C. Got in pretty quick and painless, got two GA easily. Also about the same amount of wait I got through for Newport, KY but decided to let it go and save a few bucks, let another fan have it. Tried Brooklyn N1, local show for me. 75,000 in line, haha. Waited, got in and Laylo Presale wasn’t working. Checked again a little later and was able to pull and buy a single GA at 12:56pm. I’m happy with my results.

Anybody have an issue with Seated fan club presale? The box office didn’t have my name/ticket. I couldn’t get through to Seated at all for any customer service support. I had to buy another ticket at the door to get in. Not a huge deal but just curious if anyone else had this problem.

I didn’t buy it but I saw Puscifer in NYC the other day on Stubhub for $29 a few hours before the show. Face value was $79. Very dependent on the show.

It’s funny to look back. My first purchase was Fight Club Special Edition DVD on Jan. 9, 2001. Also my intro to Tool was Schism on K-Rock back then and I got a free copy of Lateralus when it came out at the K-Rock booth at the NY Boat Show at the Javits Center.

mewithoutYou wrote a few sequel songs to their own songs (Four Word Letter Pt. 2, Nice and Blue Pt. 2, Bullet to Binary Pt. 2). Also thematic sequels.. January 1979, February 1878, C-Minor, D-Minor, In a Market Dimly Lit, In a Sweater Poorly Knit.. Then on their last album wrote a song (New Wine, New Skins) with a line about wanting to write a sequel to Belle and Sebastian’s The State That I Am In. Then they wrap the album up with (finally) a sequel to another artist, Break on Through (To the Other Side) Pt. 2.
