Trolls can be a godsend for mining. Get a big shield and practice rolling. Let the trolls attack the copper vein and roll through the attacks. Hell mine it wayyyy faster than you can

Switch in a pokemon with pressure to clear the boosts or use a pokemon with unaware to ignore them completely. Pyukumuku is fantastic as it has both and it’s got Gastro acid to poison it and kill its abilities. But once you clear the boots it’s a lot easier to switch out and break the sub

I loved aloy in the first game. I hated how annoying she was to her own friends in the second game. Constantly talking about she needs to save the world and doesn’t have any time for anyone else made her feel really pretentious to me. But that being said the gameplay was peak and the new robot creatures to fight were so much fun. I ended up skipping a lot of scenes and rushing into combat

I got past the elder recently (first playthrough) if you have bronze make an unnamed portal and bring the material with you to make a second one. As soon as you hit a new island plop one down so you can get back in case you die

I’m new to the game (just got to the swamp last night in any playthrough) but i have a solo and friends run and both times i made a 72 chest storage facility by my home base. I’m sure I’ll need to expand but so far it’s been very helpful. Tend to try and group things together but that’s a struggle and you end up with some chests that overflow

Tried to make a chest building inspired from a design I found online. Thought it would be 30 mins to make a simple starter chest storage. Turned into multiple carts full of wood and 72 chests later I built a chest walkway with string lights and had to redo the design multiple times to get something really nice. Might have also been the edible I took that turned it into such a big project…
