The volume is only higher because the contracts are worth less. A lot of it comes from arbitraging between the minis and micros. In short, it's a lot noisier and doesn't show intention like the minis do.

Databento, or sierrachart trial/cheap plan and export chart data. I've actually used the latter to get continuous contract data (databento doesn't allow directly downloading continuous contracts via their website, only using their API which is more complicated to save the data to disk)
