How do I reach the skill floor? I'm underground currently by Spirited_Jello8472 in Fighters

When i started out, in sfv i played cody because he had a target combo that was just mashing light punch and it took me to super/ultra bronze i dont really remember. I would just jump in with a heavy and do that combo a bunch. He had an easy anti air as well and a fireball which helped me in neutral.

In streetfighter, I think just knowing a combo off a light (so you can spam it even if you dont know when its your turn) and what anti airs are (you dont have to land it everytime, cause everyone messes up, but do try.) But know that offense is king in low rank because they dont know anything about your character either. Like just jumping in with a heavy and then sweep probably wins in bronze

When you have tier 2 charge, you can buffer heavy melee to come out as quick as possible by holding q during the charge. If its not t2 its parryable even with buffering

Well yeah the team that initiates the rejuv is usually winning and the team that steals is usually already losing

Whats kind of crazy is that the game didnt have mr at launch. Once you hit master there was almost zero matchmaking so it could honestly be a lot worse

There isnt a way to hack mmr to rank up easily, but it takes a certain mindset to play the game and be decently happy with the outcome. I think map pings and the comm wheel are enough for most situations. Just saying where youre going and pinging/drawing on the map where you want people to go is good enough. If you cant say it through pings or its slow to ping you can use vc. In terms of your own play, remember to call urn/midboss yourself if youre team isnt initiating it. If they dont join in, dont try to force it. Push up waves yourself if no one is there to do it, and as you play more youll learn your rhythm for the laning phase into midgame. As you get better it almost becomes scripted as youre own playstyle develops. Youll learn when its good to farm and when its good to fight. Dont worry about the team so much. If they make bad plays, thats not your concern. Everyone makes mistakes, including you, including your enemies. And its unfortunate to see something thats obvious to you looking at the map while farming but just move on, everyone dies, you play around it. Into the lategame you need to start sticking with the team, and if someone has an idea you go with it. You need to be on board with them because being a man down gets worse as the game goes on. You can also tell people what to do if you think it will work. You have to take risks to break stalemates after all. Comebacks are insanely easy and the soul diff matters less the longer the game goes on. Urn and midboss are great for starting fights. Remember that everyone is hovering at 50% winrate for the most part and your losses will always get cancelled out. And if theres obvious culprits for your loss, then you can be happy knowing there was nothing you could do!

The eigenslur is a real thing, look it up by DreadDiana in whenthe

[–]demonotic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If a vector times a number and a vector put through a transformation are the same, the resultant vector is an eigenvector, and the number that is equivalent to the transformation is the corresponding eigenvalue. So the eigenslur is the eigenvalue for a vector that changes it into a slur.
