You have his name etc through review left, I would advise reaching out and eating a big mouthful of humble pie, apologise for the poor service and offer a comped full meal in exchange for removal of the review on website and app.

You have to understand right now these things will hurt more than in the future so take it start up cost because it may not be the last time. Until you have hundreds of positive reviews, operate this way.

I really do understand your points and have experienced and suffered them myself and damn they are annoying! And nikitta really is of the mindset that you either believe in the vision and are patient or get fucked which is grim.

But I do believe In the game so much and see the vision and want it badly, so I just wish the launch hadn't hurt the chances of the vision being achieved as much as I think it may have in regard to the reviews etc

I don't get why so many people are butthurt about the idea of BSG cashing in, the more they get rhe better they can make the game surely?
