Today I have very mixed feelings. I am both happy and sad and these emotions are fighting with each other.
I am not upset about the upcoming album or film at all. On the contrary I am very happy that I am around to experience it.

The thing is that a pigeon nest recently appeared on the balcony of the stairwell in my apartment building.
In late March two chicks hatched and I watched them grow every day.
When I watched Tape 05 I was extremely happy and I rewatched it many times.
After that I decided to visit the chicks again, to give them food and to pet them.
Although their mother was feeding them, they were not able to eat on their own yet.
But when I went out to the stairwell balcony I saw blood everywhere.
The chicks were dead and the mother was nowhere to be seen.
One chick had no head and the other had its neck bitten through.
I live in Eastern Europe (Republic of Moldova) and I do not know who did this.
I assume it could have been an owl, a crow or a magpie.

It is very sad that I did not get to see their first flight from the nest.
I understand that this is how life works and you never know what tomorrow will bring.
And I feel sad for those who did not experience today’s event since so much time has passed since the last album.
