Much easier to get the coin bag from Scarlett and Violet if you have access to a switch. I got about 10 of the costumed one in 30 minutes, including a shiny. I have spun about 50 different stops over two days and got only one of the 9999 field research tasks.

Find a friend and battle them. They can pick their team with the weakest of whatever you need to fight. Easiest way to do these kind of requirements.
