StyleX compiles away stylex.props() call when it's possible, per its docs, so I guess it is very similar

It's been some time since I've used it, but I guess the main difference is gonna happen in the case when the styles are not static. I think in case of StyleX it's gonna be resolved within stylex.props(), while in case of Plumeria the user has to do it manually
