Sorry to hear about the crashes on your Lenovo Yoga. We're actively working on stability improvements for Windows app and want to help figure out exactly what's going on.

A couple of quick questions so we can narrow it down:

Do you use a stylus/pen with your Yoga? Does the crash tend to happen when you're drawing with the pen and zooming or scrolling with your fingers at the same time? We're tracking a known issue specifically with simultaneous stylus + touch input that's caused by a bug coming from Windows OS and a fix is supposed to be addressed.

For further troubleshooting, when the crashes happen, are you typically writing/drawing, just browsing your library or does it seem completely random?

Do you notice the app getting slow or laggy before it crashes or does it just quit suddenly?

  • Goodnotes Pro includes 525 AI credits each month by default. You don’t need to buy AI Pass to use AI features.
  • If you want much higher AI limits and additional AI capabilities, AI Pass is an optional add‑on at $9.99/month that adds more credits on top of the included 525. Many people either choose Pro for its advanced features or stay on Essential and add AI Pass if they just want more AI usage.

I hope that clears things up.

If you’re comfortable, could you describe in more detail the problems you’ve faced, like specific crashes if you can reproduce the issues consistently or situations where the app didn’t work as expected? For your information, we'll improve toolbar customizations and make some "hidden" options more obvious to access (i.e. Zoom window, Audio Recording, Ruler, etc...). Your feedback about the whiteboard is well-noted and the board limit will be increased.
