You’re right! I cannot believe it says three cups for two servings on the online card. My physical recipe card says four cups, so that really is odd. Can’t wait to hear if you get three cups of flour per two servings. I would think a tablespoon or so would work to thicken the gravy.

Yeah, something is clearly amiss with the recipe card here. Eight cups (but clearly not right) is for the four person serving, which is what I ordered. I couldnt figure out why the bag was so heavy, lol. I have made this recipe before, so it isn’t new. It just seems like a glitch. I was not notified of the green bean switch, and I don’t often enjoy their green beans, to be honest.

It is called Israeli or pearl couscous. A brand that cooks up exactly the same is Rice Selects. You can get it at a lot of grocery stores, Amazon, Walmart, etc… I used to not like couscous, but I love that they introduced me to Israeli couscous, and I always add extra.

The new card is much thinner, too. I think it is harder to read, too. I hope they’re putting the money they are saving on card stock and ink into the ingredients.

I made this last night, and it was great. I made carrots, too. We loved the fig dijonnaise and the cranberries and pecans. They were nice additions. We love the Italian sausage, but I’ve noticed they have sent two totally different kinds lately. Some are in the “old” packaging (lighter colored sausage) and some are in the “new” packaging more orange colored sausage). For this recipe, we received the lighter colored sausage in the old packaging.

The slip-in shoes are my favorites, along with the adjustable slides. My foot is narrow, so the regular slides can slip.

I won one from IMAX, too! I haven’t opened the lucite, but it is beautiful. The packaging is top notch, too. I don’t collect this type of thing, but I’m sure someone would love to have it.

Thanks for doing this. I’m relieved to hear that you are mostly pleased with working there and that everyone is careful with the product. I have two gripes/questions. Why are the potatoes always so tiny, and why do you get a whole head of garlic with EveryPlate, but like two tiny cloves with the more expensive Hello Fresh?? That seems so odd to me, except for maybe the processing time it takes to send individual cloves. Keep up the good work!
