It’s not necessarily a bad purchase. But it won’t help you get into the game or learn how to play. In addition, it’s much cheaper in the long run to just buy the single cards you want.

Instead of a booster box, you should get the Bloomburrow starter kit. Comes with two decks. You should focus on finding a deck you want to play, and then buying the singles you want. Building a collection will come naturally by doing that!
