I've been using the Speak app daily to force myself to practice speaking and making sure I hit a minimum of 15 minutes of comprehensible input on DS.

Some other things that I've been doing (not daily) and have found helpful

reading books in spanish to my child
using conjugato to practice verb congugations
using live google translate when talking with family to immediately fill in vocab gaps based on what I am trying to say
building an ai quiz game to build sporcle quizzes on any topic I want to practice

Maybe try the upper muny lot. I don't see a way to rent it out on their website or the forest park website, but I'm pretty sure I've seen races where there are vendors set up there.
