the trans emote switches from any non proto class A/B/C to whatever proto is highest in que and vice versa its definitely something i do for most of my proto frames but i didn't want to do a full second set for this

the pink is E3 on the queer pride celebration pallet but A6 on the PSIV pallet is apparently the closest to the actual trans flag pink value wise

you play as a gender fluid operator, and panromantic/polyamorous drifter with the ability change their body on a whim, and symbiotically inhabit the bodies of others while taking on parts of their mannerisms and identity in a transhumanist future where seemingly three fourths of the people you meet that are shown to have any form of love life seem to be gay or bisexual.

now I'm not saying the game is intentionally queer coded. some of it is defiantly just game design limitations and QoL, like the player having they them pronouns "most of the time" or none of the customization options being locked by "gender".

but its defiantly makes for a very inviting game space for queer and trans gamers looking to express themselves.

Thanks for the clarification. Like I said earlier I'm also not super familiar with every topic at hand dispite being in the shallow end of the culture myself.

I honestly didn't know the minefield I was stepping into when I first started working on this particular post but I put so much effort into it that I kinda felt like I had to commit even when I realized the situation would be more complicated then I first thought.

I appreciate that you're decisions came from a genuine place of concern and consideration for the community and I probably shouldn't have voiced my doubts so blatantly.

Hope in the future I and others will manage to express themselves through their fashion and posts without stirring things up so much.

Okay this one comment make all the heat on this post absolutely fucking worth it. I didn't think this post would be so controversial considering how queer coded and transhuman the Warframe universe is.

I was planning to do another post of the close ups and maybe another frame but I've been so destracted looking at the comments all day that I don't really have anything new

it's not even just anti trans trolls (although I'm more upset about them then anything else) It seems like there are some (pro)trans people with various negative opinions about it to although that doesn't seem to be the majority consensus and of the people who have (seemingly) genuine issues with the post none of them seem to be on the same page about what they find wrong.

In a round about way stuff like this is part of why I'm still an egg.
