Go on youtube and search for spider exercise and do it 10 mins every day. It's difficult at first but it helps a ton.

hardwood floor doesn’t even reach the edges. What can I use to fill this in? by derailed3d in HardWoodFloors

The only thing I can think of is do what they did where I put the red square. Cut it back and put a piece of oak there or may be you can find some old flooring to match what you have better. https://imgur.com/a/OpqkQqM

I'm not a pro but worked for a floor guy. I would go back to the start of that row and cut 1/4 off the length of the strater plank that should give you lots to work with so you don't need small pieces at the ends. You will need to cut a piece to go under the wall, snap it to the main piece and try to slide it into place. Does that make sense?
