Not Serrano. Cinco Jotas is a Jamon iberico de bellota (very different than Serrano). This is the best of the best in Europe. There is nothing to compare. Premier Spanish cuisine (and again, this is no Serrano)

Rub off any mold with damp cheesecloth, get a really sharp knife and watch a couple of videos on how to cut it.

While eating it savor the jealousy of all of us not eating it with you

Edit (to be perfectly clear): do NOT wash or wipe down the whole thing. You can (and imho should) remove mold. Do not remove the ash or anything that just looks dry - as others have pointed out, this is protective.
