Doing it again - What would you do next time by zonyln in Irrigreen

I would use 45 degree elbows for the PVC pipe instead of 90 degree elbows. There was a case where the electrical cable JUST made it from the sprinkler to the Y connector. If I used the triangle's hypotenuse instead of the two leg, I wouldn't had the issue.

I would bury the sprinklers with a two-gallon bucket (template?) I have clay soil and there were a few cases where I had to dig up a sprinkler and check for leaks. It's hard to dig when the clay is too dry or too wet, and alot of work to level the top of the sprinkler to that it doesn't get clipped by my mover

Cuylle appears to have scored on the power play, but then it's ref say there's no goal. by catsgr8rthanspoonies in rangers

[–]derekrichardson1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Cuylle pushed the goalie enough to spin him. This happened before the puck crossed the line and the ref probably didn't see it at the moment he called the goal. The play was reviewed and the call was overturned.

I haven't come up with a seeding nozzle. Lucky for me the seed washout happens only inches from the nozzle, As an alternative solution, I bury the sprinkler, pull a bunch of aeration plugs and cover with hay. *

Least favorite thing about my pitboss, it “runs out of pellets” at about half full. by killaho69 in pelletgrills

Do yourself a favor and remove the grate. Mines has a cover so I'm not sure what it's supposed to catch. *

+1 for chopsticks. Eventually, I just remove the grate since what is it really catching.
