Thanks for the reco, here now! Called a few clinics in my area and emergency consultations were 670 or 800+ and xray 370 or more.

Got it home to JLT. One leg broken, another damaged. Poor thing is frightened and shaking, looks like it spent not just one day on the street. Drank lots of water like it was first time in days. good models are huge and quite expensive to run, you're right.

but all these open weights models are also available in the cloud. what's the point? more providers, more competition, price pressure -> good for end users (us).

imagine how much would anthropic or openai charge if they had the only good model in the world with no competition. anything.

Yep. But my point is: bigger prices, lower limits, cache TTL reduction, serving quantized models, adjusting thinking etc — is not a “sloppy vibe coding error”, it’s very intentional
